We want you to love your ROVE pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is as effortless as our aesthetic.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or store credit will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
